How to get to the 1st and 2nd arrondissements
Paris’ two main international airports, Charles de Gaulle and Orly, are both connected with the city center via a multitude of public transportation services. These include taxis, shuttle buses, city buses, and regional trains. There are a number of public transport options for getting around the Louvre-Place Vendome area. Head down into one of the many metro stations dotted throughout the two districts, or take one of the city buses that also serve this area. It’s also possible to travel between sights on foot, as this neighborhood is quite compact.
